Annual Meeting - Chamber Luncheon

Description

The Annual Meeting features a review of our annual financial report, presentation of awards, recognition of outgoing board members, board elections, Proposed Bylaws changes will be voted on, and Membership tier change voting. There are 4 board seats up for election this year, three are 3 year terms, and one is a 1 year term.

All Palmer Chamber of Commerce business member in good standing are eligible to vote in the board election and on any proposed bylaw and membership changes. Good standing requires that members be current on their membership dues. All memberships that are up for renewal must be paid by January 26, 2025 to receive a ballot. Voting members must be a member in good standing for at least one(1) month prior to voting. 1 ballot per membership. The primary or secondary voting delegate must be listed on our membership roster in order to receive a ballot.
