Mat-Su Services for Children & Adults (MSSCA) is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide direct support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small-group home setting (2-3 individuals per home). This role offers a meaningful opportunity to help individuals develop independence, engage in their community, and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support Individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. 
• Assist with community participation, transportation, and recreational activities. 
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of those in your care. 
• Provide mentorship, advocacy, and encouragement. 
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and individual programs. 

Position Details and Requirements:

• Work 24-hour shifts, 2-3 days per week (including sleep hours). 
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Be 18+ years old & have High School Diploma or GED
• Have a Driver's license and a car covered by insurance
• A Current TB Test
• Will need to agree to and pass a State of Alaska background check.
• Two (2) Professional and Three (3) Personal references.
