MSSCA’s Mission is to partner with individuals and families, delivering excellent support services, and building community by promoting dignity, respect, independence, and diversity.

MSSCA provides a wide range of home and community based services for Mat-Su residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities, families with children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities and parents with questions about child safety and child development.

Community Non-profit, providing Infant Learning Program (ILP) services, and Community Supports to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities.
